Q: Can I have more than 1 pet in my pet portrait?
Sure! Add $75 for each additional pet. Max 2 pets in a 12"x12" painting.
More than 2 pets, let's just talk!
Your pets should in the same photo if you want them in the same painting. This is for accuracy on their sizes in relation to each other.
Don't have a photo of them together? Let's talk. There are some exceptions.

Q: Are there other size options?
Through the end of 2018 12"x12" is my offered size option.
This is for ease through the busy holiday season. If you have a different request, it doesn't hurt to ask. The worst that can happen is I say no. And I don't mind saying no, so you shouldn't mind asking!

Q: How long will it take?
Once I’ve approved your pet’s photo (all great portraits begin with a great photo) and you’ve paid the deposit, the time for arrival at your door is around 6 weeks.
Every pet and idea is different.
I’ll give you updates along the way so you’ll always know the status.

Q: But I needed this in a hurry!
Well, yikes! Let me know!
If you're willing to pay a little extra, I may be able to work a little extra to make it happen; however, due to printing and shipping times, 3 weeks from start to finish is about as far as I can push it. And that may not always be possible. Ask anyway!

Q: When/how do I pay?
Once pictures and details are reviewed, 50% is due in order to start the process.
The remaining balance is due before shipping.
I like PayPal and I will make it effortless. It is easy and secure and you don't need a PayPal account to use it.
I'm open to most other forms of electronic payment as well!
Check or money order is fine, too. It just takes a little longer.

Q: Will I get to see the finished artwork before I receive it?
Yes! You will receive a progress update within 7 days of your deposit.
Then a final update approximately 7 days later. Once approved, I send the artwork to a professional printer to be transfer to metal.
I'm GLAD to make reasonable revisions at these times if needed. I want you to be THRILLED with the outcome!
The updates will give you an excellent idea of how beautiful your final product will look.
Please note: all computer monitors are not calibrated exactly the same. Very slight differences in color may occur due to the wide range of monitors that my customers use.
Since I quality inspect the final product, I can assure the outcome will be beautiful.
